SeeFit WOD

  1. Max Pull Ups
  2. 2 min max Cal Row
  3. 2 min max Thrusters 95/65
  4. 1 min max DU
  5. 3 min AMRAP ( Ladder by 2 each round ie rd1 2 box jumps 2 T2B rd 2 4 box jumps 4 T2B, etc)
  6. 3min AMRAP (10 Snatch 75/45 10 Lateral Burpees)
  7. 2 min time cap to find max broad jump in inches
  8. 5 min time cap to find 1RM Clean and Jerk
