1. 2 Position Squat Snatch (from mid thigh, then ground) – 6 x 1

2. Halting Snatch Deadlift – 5 x 2 (notice in the video how he is pulling the bar into his body)

3. 2 x 200m Farmer/Waiter Walk (one KB overhead, one held at your side – switch arms at 100m)
