Pyrros Dimas – Slow Motion Power Clean – Watch how his knees stay back and out of the way out of the bar during the first pull (the deadlift) but then as he transitions into the second pull (jump and shrug) his knees get back underneath the bar, staying slightly bent, which allows him to powerfully jump the weight up.
