1. Hang Power Snatch (above knee) – 5 x 2
2. Split Jerk – Work on Technique – Build to a Heavy Single only if form is good!
3. Back Squat – 3 Reps at 50% 1RM Every Minute on the Minute for 7 Minutes (focus on accelerating up)
