***Drink Plenty of Water***

Skill

L-Sit

Accumulate 90 seconds in L-sit as quickly as possible.

Strength

3 Rounds, not for time. One round consists of the following:

1 Power Clean + 1 Push Press
2 Power Cleans + 2 Push Press
3 Power Cleans + 3 Push Press
4 Power Cleans + 4 Push Press
5 Power Cleans + 5 Push Press

Cleans and push presses must be done unbroken, with no more than 15 seconds rest between the push presses and next set of cleans. There is no rest from cleans to push press. Work with a partner and rest 3 to 4 minutes between rounds. Start with a conservative weight and adjust accordingly.
