Balanced Bites Seminar

We are pleased to announce that CrossFit West Houston will be hosting a Balanced Bites Seminar. The Balanced Bites team of Diane Sanfilippo founder of the popular blog and podcast Balanced Bites and her Balanced Bites partner Liz Wolfe who writes the popular blog Cave Girl Eats and has a regular column in Paleo Magazine.

The seminar will take place Saturday May 5, 2012 from 9 AM to 5 PM.
