Lost unbroken push ups on round 6 or so. Why did I do my first legitimate bench press work out in 3 years on Sunday? #beach muscles

21 rounds + 2 pullups (PR). Had to start breaking up the squats in like round 3. I knew my hip flexors weren’t ready, but Ryan yelled at me so I went ahead & started early. Thanks buddy.
