That’s somehow better than my cleans at the same weight yesterday. Can’t explain it.
Three 500 Meter Row Sprints. Rest 2 minutes in between: 1:54.0 average time.
Short people weren’t meant to row, especially at 6 am.

I feel bad for people like Steph who have to travel to such drab places as Milan, while I’ve been living it up down here in Portland, Texas for most of 2012.
