This morning I did the following WOD:
“Hulk” Clean & Jerks at 135#:
Do as many TnG reps as you can in a round. Then when the number of the round exceeds the number of reps you complete in that round, you are done:
7-5-4-4-4
Tabata something else (pullup, pushup, situp, squat): 343 total reps
