In Penn State this week, did my own WOD this morning:
3×5 OH Squat;
AMRAP10 min:
3 HSPU
6 DB Snatch (35 lbs)
9 T2B
Tabata side planks with regular plank active rest.
Got 7 rounds, but was shooting for 10. The gym here wasn’t really conducive to a workout like this, so I guess I did alright.
