Out in the field for work this week, but I did sneak in a WOD this morning at Crossfit XLR8 down here in Portland, TX:

I don’t want to post my time because it sucked. But it was a fun WOD at a pretty sweet gym. If you’re wondering, I tried to be cool/classy/respectful, but after round 2 the shirt had to come off. Still too hot even at 530am.
