Maybe you can only get one for the Commandant. Maybe you can get one for the Corps. Or maybe the Corps don’t get theirs! No matter where your Dead Hang Pull Ups total is or if you even have a pull up yet, we are going to do a pull up challenge so either we can up your dead hang max or get your first.
This week we will be finding your max dead hang pull ups or with the least resistance band you can use. Write your pull up total on the board. We will retest the first week of January. In the mean time, we will be working on pull ups right after the warm up daily. The best way to get pull ups is to do pull ups.
