Trying to get ready for Houston Marathon in January and did 3 one mile repeats tonight w/ 4 min rest between: 6:52, 6:45, 6:47 . . . It’s a start
My legs are dead after this week, rest day tomorrow.
Have a good weekend everyone!

Dang Reese, that’s impressive. Very consistent times.
That was a fun WOD yesterday. It felt like a strongman competition. Just go until you break a leg like Lou Ferrigno or something…
Got 1 rep at 165#(pr), failed on attempt 2, 3.
Awesome to watch the big dawgs beast through the whole set at 5:30.
