What do you like most about CFWH? I love how it pushes you to do things you can’t believe your body can do. I like that you feel like a bad ass after workouts :)! The CFWH community is awesome. Everyone makes you feel good and that you’re completely capable. The coaches are the BEST

  • How long have you been at CrossFit West Houston? About a year and a half
  • How long have you been CrossFitting ? Same
  • What brought you to CrossFit West Houston? I wanted to experience a REAL exercise program to get the baby weight off.
  • What did you do for exercise before CFWH? I did spinning once a week and used the elliptical machines at the gym maybe once or twice a week. I also did some of the weight machines if I wasn’t doing cardio.
  • What do you like most about CFWH? I love how it pushes you to do things you can’t believe your body can do. I like that you feel like a bad ass after workouts :)! The CFWH community is awesome. Everyone makes you feel good and that you’re completely capable. The coaches are the BEST motivators…love those guys!
  • What is your favorite CrossFit move/exercise? I don’t know about LOVE, but lunges…weird, I know, but I can do a ton of them!
  • What is your least favorite? Burpees and rowing!
  • What were your goals when you started CrossFit? To lose weight and look toned.
  • How has CrossFit helped you work toward your goals? It’s done that 100% and more!
  • What has changed in your life since coming to CrossFit? I feel more confident in my ability to do things. Things that I thought were not possible for me have slowly become possible. Also, my diet. While I am not perfect, everyday I think about my food choices, and it has made a huge difference in my body.
  • What are your current CrossFit goals? To stay strong and look good ( I know, vain)…no more wimpy Sia…don’t ever want to go back!
