All sets need to be 45 to 50% of 1 RM.  This should be done as 3 singles, re-engage and tighten everything prior to each rep. Focus on good positioning and explosiveness.

    That was a tough wod coupled with the fact that I mistakenly put on Ruth’s compression shorts @ 4:30am made for an even more uncomfortable Wod.

    @Lance- seriously? That is pure awesomeness.

    Did this WOD at home- subbed push ups and then sit ups (instead of T2b)
    Got 35 and then 29 push ups, and got 42 and then 33 sit ups.
