Friday 7/15/11 CrossFit West Houston

Strength: Single Leg Deadlifts
3-3-3-3-3

MetCon:
6 Rounds of:
4 HSPU
8 Deadlifts (BW or less)

Then take the heaviest plate off of your bar and complete a 100m OH walking lunge with it.

    Wow Lauren look at those muscles!! Niceee 🙂 This WOD was very hard for me, I thought it would never end. Thank you Ryan for the encouragement! 13:26 125lbs deadlift, pike push ups and 15lb OH lunges.

    Did front squats 1-10-1-20-1-30 instead of deadliest today

    185#-135-195-125-195-95#

    Met con: 12:09 with 155# DL and 35# OH lunge
