**We are having Airrosti Dr. Matt Arnold at CFWH this Saturday, June 25 at 10 am come in to teach a foam rolling class. Foam rolling helps aid in recovery, reduce soreness, and improve overall performance. The class will be a minimum of $15 donation, which will go towards supporting Aja’s trip to the 2011 Crossfit Games in LA., California!**

Sorry to miss the foam rolling class. I’m out of town, but have managed some little workouts on the beach.
Yesterday: Tabata Mash-up (8 min): Push-ups and Sit-Ups (got my brother to do this one with me!)
Today: 100 burpees for time (forgot to look at my exact time because I was too exited to run into the ocean upon completion, but it was about 6 min) Got a few weird looks from some folks on the beach as I was doing burpees.

used the GHD for the sit-ups: 9 rounds + 10 sit-ups. Big ups to all the crazies that used the GHD – what a terrible decision. If it wasn’t for yoga last night I don’t think I would be able to stand upright this morning.
Great idea for the class on Saturday – hope I can make it. If not, is there some other way to contribute?
