6:05ish w/ 75lb. Damn the Fran.
Mo had a psychological “good cop, bad cop” thing going on with himself pre-workout. He honestly did not want to even do the workout. But in typical Mo fashion, he crushed it….i believe with the best time of the day. Nicely done! It was a pleasure to witness.
