2000m Row whipped me… my legs are still shaking, no scratch that, my entire body is still shaking…. We tried to convince Tricia that you really meant 200m row but she wasn’t buying it…. BTW Tricia has really stepped up her music selection, which is nice…

interestingly enough, RRCF did a 2K row yesterday too! except we did 3 of them with 5 minutes rest between each. it was brutal. but i thought i’d share – best time was 8:30. ditto steph, it hurts so good!
