Gave it my best “hotel gym” try today…
5×5 squats with 35# db’s
12:44 on the Met Con — did the russian swings with a 35# db (and got some super weird looks about it…)

Man that 4:30pm cllass is a tad bit warmer than the 5am! Good wod, struggled through that one even with my fancy new shoes… Unfortunately they didn’t help my time much. 215#OH.
