  • 10 DB Good mornings
  • 20 One-arm DB push press (same DB as good mornings)
  • 30 slam balls

    this MetCon got my heart rate up pretty fast this morning.
    Used a 25# DB, and in retrospect I wish I would have gone heavier, but with the reps I wasn’t sure what to go with. Finished @ 8:09 I believe…
