Met Con:

2 Renegade Rows

5 Sit Ups

Must be completed within 5 minutes

    165# on the OH Squat
    4:25 on the WOD w/ 30# DB last couple of renegade rows snuck up on me.

    my quads are still screaming from Monday!

    @ Ordie- Quads? that’s it? My eyelids are sore!! 215# on the OH Squat (New PR up from 195#) I am really liking this week’s WODs…
