Stength:

3 sets of 10-12 @ 50% of Max Thruster Weight from last Monday. Reps must be unbroken.

Met Con

1 minute on 1 minute off for 8 minutes

25 Wall Ball Shots

  • Must be completed within the minute or there will be a penalty of 800 m Run

    Thruster 95#; WOD-I really thought I would get the 25 wallballs done quick and get more of a breather.. wrong! Close to the limit especially on the last one. Good WOD!

    95# thrusters. Got in all the reps on the wall balls but didn’t get the final round unbroken so had 1 800m run after to complete

    85# thrusters, 3 x 12

    Got all the wall shots in time and unbroken, 14# ball above the black line. Lots of grunting and groaning on this one- love to see CFWH athletes workin’ hard!
