Thruster 95#; WOD-I really thought I would get the 25 wallballs done quick and get more of a breather.. wrong! Close to the limit especially on the last one. Good WOD!

Got all the wall shots in time and unbroken, 14# ball above the black line. Lots of grunting and groaning on this one- love to see CFWH athletes workin’ hard!
