Bent Over

15 minutes to a heavy 5 Rep

Met Con:

Death Lap Partner Junk Carry

Death Lap = CONTINUOUS 400m, 300m, 200m

  • Partner’s must select a barbell (weight : 75, 95, 115) then choose 1 of the following three:
  • Kettlebell (70,53,44)
  • Sandbag (Only the black sandbags may be used)
  • FOR THE MIGHTY AND THE BRAVE: Atlas Stones

    odd man out this morning, so Aja modified it for 1 person. Got this in 7:21. 400m 44lb KB, 300m Sandbag & 200m w/ 95 lb. barbell. Got 155 for 2 sets of 5 to finish the bent over rows.
