AMRAP in 15 minutes
Run 800 m (Everyteam member
American KB Swings( 1 Person at a Time)
15 Box Jumps
10 Push Ups
One team member at a time swinging KB, max swings. Once the kb is set down next team member steps in and continues. After your turn on KB swings you must do 15 Box Jumps and 10 Push Ups before coming back to KB Swing.
