    Instead of the row I did a nice little met con:

    4 rounds of-
    -20 wall balls
    -20 K2Es
    -20 lunges
    -20 back extensions
    -20 ring dips

    19:41

    Then 30 man makers @ 25#= 9:14. I was a wee bit tired but it’s cool- good workout 🙂
