    Because my elbow is jacked, I did one arm KB Thrusters up to 70lb with Right Arm only. Then did 70lb KB for Farmer Carry. 3 rounds plus 20 m FC. And this might be my favorite picture ever.

    Met con: changed it up to work on my grip a little more…
    30 wall balls
    Then 5 rounds of:
    -12 burpees
    -9 pull ups
    30 wall balls
