We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Because my elbow is jacked, I did one arm KB Thrusters up to 70lb with Right Arm only. Then did 70lb KB for Farmer Carry. 3 rounds plus 20 m FC. And this might be my favorite picture ever.
