i really wanted to come do this at 5am, alas my clothes were still soaking wet in the dryer #technical malfunction.
185# 4 rounds +5 deadlifts. went light because I’m a gash with a weak back 🙁

Got in 4 rounds + 5 T2B using 225#.
Used 35# for the TGU and 70# for the farmers carry
