Fun MetCon this morning and great working out with my partner, Nathan!
HSPU: Did rounds 1 & 2 with no abmat, then grabbed an abmat and made it to round 6.
MetCon: 18:38

That was a really, really fun WOD. HSPU: Made through Round 6 but didn’t start 7. MetCon: Strock and I really put on the burners on this one, sort of looked like a couple of clydesdales running the 200m. Nonetheless, it was fun! 21:something I think.

Made it through 8 rounds of the HSPU’s. Megan and I busted the WOD in 17 min flat. Good team chemistry

7 round + 5 HSPUs
MetCon in 17:48. Big ups to my partner Brian who finished out the last sprint with a pulled hammy. Gutsy.
Good week of programming Ry, this was fun.
