*Not for time, try to minimize number of jumps | ||
5 x 15 unbroken burpees | ||
1 min rest between sets | ||
4 x 30 sec weighted plank holds (rest as needed) | ||
*use plates or sandbags, start light and try to | ||
increase weight every set |

Great workout. Love the mixing up of the timed events (even though I was cursing at you, Ryan).
All I can remember is that I did 25#-35-45-60# on the weighted planks. Some of those boys were pulling some serious weight on that– awesome work by Daniel J and Marc at 125#!

This was a great workout.
Did 22 & 22 on the broad jumps.
8:17 on the burpees – burpees and I don’t really get along.
Got up to 50# on the planks

I liked this one! It felt like a little track meet or something.
