Monday 3/7/11 CrossFit West Houston

WOD

Skill: Burg Warm-up
     
Strength: SNATCH

3-3-3-3-3

 
     
MetCon:    
2 x 50m broad jump  
*Not for time, try to minimize number of jumps
     
5 x 15 unbroken burpees
1 min rest between sets
     
4 x 30 sec weighted plank holds (rest as needed)
*use plates or sandbags, start light and try to 
increase weight every set

    Great workout. Love the mixing up of the timed events (even though I was cursing at you, Ryan).

    All I can remember is that I did 25#-35-45-60# on the weighted planks. Some of those boys were pulling some serious weight on that– awesome work by Daniel J and Marc at 125#!

    This was a great workout.

    Did 22 & 22 on the broad jumps.
    8:17 on the burpees – burpees and I don’t really get along.
    Got up to 50# on the planks

    I liked this one! It felt like a little track meet or something.

    22/26 on broad jumps
    7:43 on burpees
    10#-20#-30#-45# on planks
