Saturday 3/5/11 CrossFit West Houston

WOD

WOD: Working in teams of 4, row 4k and perform as many reps as possible
at stations 2 and 3. The rower will be the timer and the current total
rep count at stations 2 and 3 must be communicated during each rotation.
     
Station 1: 15 Pulls on the Rower
Station 2: Push-Ups with Hand Release
Station 3: Box Jump Overs (Box Jumps)
Station 4: KB Hold in Rack Position
     
Partner 1 completes 15 pulls on the rower while partners 2 and 3 perform max
reps push-ups and box jump overs. Partner 4 is holding a KB in the rack position.
The rower then goes to PU, PU to Box Jump Overs, BJO’s to KB hold, and KB hold
to the row. The rower can not start until the KB  holder has the KB in the rack position.
Score = Row Time (in seconds) – total reps (PU + BJO). Low score wins.
