OH Squats
Took me 6mins and change @ 65 both. The sumos dhp were no trouble (unbroken) but the OHSquats were a biatch!
The warm up was the same thing but with a PVC.
Did a really cool shoulder flex-mobility move with the rings called “scratch the cat” (evryone knew what that meant, I had no clue). I’ll share when I go back as it helps a lot getting that shoulder flex for OH exercises.
