Saturday 2/26/11 CrossFit West Houston

WOD

TEAM WOD
Teams of 4
2mi run(400m at a time)
KBS
Box Jump
Wallball
One person working at each station, runner determines pace of the group. Once the runner comes in the group rotates. Each individual will keep their own rep count & will add group total upon completion. Time ends on completion of accumulation of 2 miles.

    Greetings from NYC!! Took some time off from studying and went to CFNY “the blackbox”
    The WOD was:
    21-15-9
    SDHP
    OH Squats
    Took me 6mins and change @ 65 both. The sumos dhp were no trouble (unbroken) but the OHSquats were a biatch!
    The warm up was the same thing but with a PVC.
    Did a really cool shoulder flex-mobility move with the rings called “scratch the cat” (evryone knew what that meant, I had no clue). I’ll share when I go back as it helps a lot getting that shoulder flex for OH exercises.
    Miss CFWH! Hope everyone’s doing good.

    Hey everyone! No yoga class tomorrow because I’ll be attending the Texas Yoga Conference.. will be coming back with new, exciting stuff for next week’s classes 🙂
