Overhead Walking Lunge(same kb used for GS, 1 arm alternating r/l)

    @Mo: you only get a like button if I get a dislike button…

    Ring push ups: 38
    44# Goblet Squats: 58
    Burpees: 45 (apparently doing them the “correct” way is far easier)
    Walking Lunges: 61
