This was brutal… 400 m runs are not my favorite- luckily I am slow (unlike ANDY who killed this) so I didn’t have to do too many!
6 rounds plus all pull ups and 7 thrusters (at 85#)
Felt great when I was finished! Then lots of handstand work with Leah.
