    I struggled through Muscle Ups, but felt like I actually got better as the WOD went on:

    5 rounds plus 1 muscle up

    Very nice scores from the guys who completed this with the MUs…

    This was brutal… 400 m runs are not my favorite- luckily I am slow (unlike ANDY who killed this) so I didn’t have to do too many!
    6 rounds plus all pull ups and 7 thrusters (at 85#)

    Felt great when I was finished! Then lots of handstand work with Leah.

    Watched the 6:30 class fight through this one. You guys were AWESOME!

    Props to Mel D. for not dropping the weight on her thrusters!

    Then I did:
    KB swings (35#)
    Burpees (jump touching the top of the rings in the middle of the gym)
