    Push Press: 125#
    Met Con: 6 AM ran the normal, full 400 m(not the short
    route through the shopping center) for our 800 m run

    6 rounds plus 4 ring dips (24″ box)

    225 push press, I had high hopes but got crushed.
    Only got 4rds done in the amrap.
    I’m bringing my A-game Tuesday. I cant have Steph looking at me with disappointment amymore.

    Whoooooop Kristen! Also, Martin- I never look at you with disappointment. How can I be upset when your squats are below parallel now 🙂

    85-95-105-115-135 on PP

    Met con: 5 rounds plus ring dips (using big sandbag for some and atlas stone for some, 24″ box, and purple band on ring dips. Baby steps getting back…)
