“The Chief”
“The Chief” Max Rounds in 3 Min. of:
3 Power Cleans (135# / 95#)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for 5 Cycles.
Complete as many rounds as possible in each cycle. Goal is to maintain that max number of rounds across the 5 cycles.

Started with 5 rounds + 6 push ups and ended with 4 rounds + 6 push ups, Rx’d.
This was one of the very first WODs I did and hadn’t performed it again since then, so it was nice to see the improvements. Think that first time was 3+ rounds each time with 95#.

Awesome stuff Mike. Great scores there.
I decided to do this one heavy at 155. First round was 5 plus 2 cleans, dropped down to 4 even in round three, and then 4 plus a clean in the last two rounds.

Did this with Steph and Ryan. Did it RX 4 +8sq, 4+ 5 sq, 4 + 3 sq, 4 + 1 sq, 4 + 2 C.

Started of with 5 rounds.
I started feeling sorry for myself and slipped to 4rds.
Mike stayed on me for the final three rds, and helped me finish with 5 for each. Thanks Mike.

so glad I got to come work out with my cfwh family again!! started with 4 rounds + cleans and ended with 3 rounds + 2 squats at 73 lbs. can’t wait for 80’s wod tomorrow!!

I got 4 full cycles and some change on each round… Dropped off a lot on the last round though- weight fell off the bar. Those squats burneddddd after the week of WODs we’ve had! Good stuff!
Oh yah- and I love STEPH DO!
Plus did lots of extra work with Ryan– I’ll be feeling that tomorrow.
