As you can see, this workout definitely made me lose some brain function, specifically memory. Rough set up with those short rests… Particularly pleased that I was able to hang on the bar at all for the K2Es with my Barbara wounds :).
Good extra credit with Josh and Eva– sandbag sprints and OH slam ball run.
