    Aja had a good warm up, but the grip was shot for the workout.

    I think I totaled around 1440.

    Fun, but tougher than expected.

    As you can see, this workout definitely made me lose some brain function, specifically memory. Rough set up with those short rests… Particularly pleased that I was able to hang on the bar at all for the K2Es with my Barbara wounds :).

    Good extra credit with Josh and Eva– sandbag sprints and OH slam ball run.
