Great work by the fundamentals crew tonight! Paul, Doug, Tania, Fred, Trey, and Richard dominated the press series. Easy to coach and awesome to watch. Keep it up guys.

Hmmm…. Board is kind of empty today. Did a lot of people need a rest day or something? That is SHOCKING 😉 (Mo).
Field WOD (at rugby practice): 8 rounds of [10 burpees + 100 m sprint]
Rest 3 minutes, then 6 rounds of 25 unbroken 18″ tire jumps with 30 seconds rest in between

OH Squats: 155 (PR)
MetCon: 5:20 – The aftermath of Babs made this one very unpleasant.
Plus did some squat cleans & worked up to 2 sets of 2 at 175#.
Perfect Fit Meals was clutch. Good food for free when I’m too sore to cook? Count me in.
