Barbara

5 Rounds

20 Pull ups

30 Push ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes in between each set. This IS included in total time.(Scale options available:)

    what kind of scale options are available? halving the reps, for example?

    @kim – there was discussion of dropping the reps by 10 in each category. I don’t think anyone did that though. I used the biggest, widest band I could find, and it didn’t take long before I was doing the push-ups from my knees but the mandatory 3 minutes rest between rounds really helps a lot believe it or not.

    Agree with Ordie, the rest really helps but…. I needed a much bigger band and ended up on my knees for the pushups. I did not finish and got mercy ruled with the 40 minute cut off (thank goodness). This one was tough…

    Did 3 rounds with 2 minutes rest in 18:01. Pretty brutal.

    Did this by myself:

    5 rounds at half the reps with 2 min rests
    20:48

    In other news, got to cross off one of my goals! 10 unassisted kipping pull-ups in every round! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hit the 40 min cutoff with 15 pushups completed in the final round.

    Good work on this one everybody, tough mental and physical WOD!

    Props to Chris H, less than 30 minutes on this one is crazy!

    Meant to update this earlier – 37:42 RXed except for the last round of push ups. I have never been so sore in my life.
