    Since no one has posted. I did crossfit endurance today on the rower 35 min and 8553 m rowed. I hope I never spend that much time on a rower again.

    Nice Joel… you think you had a sub 40 10k in ya? I bet you did.

    Did today’s WOD in 9:54 at 115 lbs. Fun WOD.

    Hmm Ryan a sub 40 10 k is a 2:00/500 pace. That would be brutal in the last 10 minutes.
