We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Since no one has posted. I did crossfit endurance today on the rower 35 min and 8553 m rowed. I hope I never spend that much time on a rower again.

Hmm Ryan a sub 40 10 k is a 2:00/500 pace. That would be brutal in the last 10 minutes.
