The other day I found an awesome little yoga room in my building so at lunch today I did:
Work WOD: 10 min ladder
1 squat, 1 ~50 ft sprint, 1 burpee, 2 squats, 2 sprints (alt forward and back pedal), 2 burpees, and so on…
11 full rounds plus 3 squats
Then accumulate 3 minutes in the front plank as quickly as possible. Took a little over five minutes.

OH squats finished at 95lb.
Don’t want to ruin the surprise of the rain out metcon, but finished it in around 9:04 this morning.
