    Had to workout in the office:
    30 push-ups
    30 sit-ups
    30 squats
    25 push-ups
    25 sit-ups
    25 squats
    20 push-ups
    20 sit-ups
    20 squats
    10:02 – standard push-ups kill me

    Followed by some tabata hand-stand and plank holds

    Followed by:
    4 rds
    240 m
    25 DB swings (25#)

    Ryan- I thought today was your rest day? Why don’t you REST! 😀

    Skipped the heavy thrusters and just did 5 x 12 reps with the bar.
    Met Con: 6 rounds plus 4 K2Es

    Second met con with Leah-
    5 x 400 m sprints with 5:00 walking in btwn
    (1:32, 1:32, 1:33, 1:35, 1:37)
    That felt like DEATH- glad Leah was there to push me or I probably would’ve quit after 2. Or… After 1 :).
