WOD

**** Weather Note****

As of 2:00 PM classes for this evening are still running, however it will depend on the impending wintery mix. Please stay tuned to the website or Facebook for information regarding the class schedule. For tomorrow morning, please follow the Spring Branch ISD school system. If they are closed the 5 AM, 6 AM, 9:30 AM and Noon classes will be cancelled. We will play the afternoon by ear.

Skill Work

Muscle Up Progression

15 minutes

WOD

3 Rounds

8 HSPU

8 Snatch Grip Deadlift(50% of 1 rep DL)

8 Lateral Burpees (over your bar.)

    The 4:30 class was packed! Nice to see everyone braving the cold… Like Chris H. put so well: “It’s never to cold to work on getting a HOT body!”

    Did the muscle up progressions today/getting back into ring dips/ring dip holds, and my WOD was 50 strict HSPUs for time.
