Props to all the G’s and G’dettes that showed up to the 5 and 6 am this morning when it was single digit degrees. Excellent snatch work. Big props to the 6am class who continued to workout while the power was down and the flood lights were dimly lighting the way.
Great job by all the Fundamentalers tonight… can’t think of a better introduction to crossfit than a freezing cold, music-less WOD. You guys killed it.
