    Seeing this one last night, I came dangerously close to calling in sick. The Burpees add up quick. Did it in 32 and change.

    @Ordie and all early morning folks….There was operator error on my part as I was in a haste to get this on the website. The 25 burpees was supposed to be at the end and one time. I apologize and will do this today as the AM classes did it:( in punishment.

    5am class pushed through the 125 burpees. Did it in 30 and change I believe. That was one tough WOD — although fun in a sick way

    WOW saw the WOD this morning and thought- hmm, my 4:30 class is going to be EMPTY! Glad it was just an error. We want you to be able to walk tomrorow, CFWHites, in order to run away from the cold!

    6 AM class this morning was refreshing to say the least. Cold front came though and burpees rained down!
    75 DU
    20″ Box
    14# Ball
    and 125 burpees
    I think my time was 23:17. Nathan finished about 30 seconds before I did.
