Perform 10 Push Ups with Hand Release at bottom and 10 T2B in between each set.

Plus accumulate 150 seconds in Hand Stand Hold

    Those last 7 secs took forever. No gas left.

    Stayed with 85# for the 6 sets to be gentle on the cargo net (that’s for you, Moe)
    -loved the push ups and everything in between, worked up a good sweat!

    Also did the 2:30 hand stand holds in 3:12.

    My WOD today was a 6200 meter row – the result of this week’s WODMONKEYS’ “Kill Your Coach” Challenge. Finished it in 25:32.
