WOD

4 x 200m sprints, 1:00 rest btw

Strength – find 1RM weighted pull-up (15 minutes)

Rest 3 minutes

800m time trial

Rest 3 minutes

Max rep push-ups in 2 minutes

    –0:40 was my low, 0:46 was my slowest time
    –12# weighted pull up a few times
    –3:53 for 800 m
    — 35 beautiful push ups

    Nice WOD concoction today 🙂

    200m runs 0:36, and then a lot of suckin.

    111lbs weighted pullups.

    3:36 for the 800 run. Josh ninja’d me and beat me by a hair.

    72 infantry pushups

    max wt. PU – 88 lbs
    800m run – 2:43
    2 min push-ups – 51

    800m run – 3:05 (PR)
    2 min push-ups – 61

    Plus I started off the day with 61 unbroken DU’s – already hit my target for the challenge! Go team B.A.M. Guess I’m going to have to up the ante on this one.

    I never post but I was pretty excited tonight. Steph and Rob, y’all would be proud! I did a strict pull up (with a little kick) with no band! AND I did 13 full, down to the ground push ups. I am a bad ass!
