    Squats felt good 285# final set, the knees to elbows drifted into toes to shin on me real quick….. good workout. Plus, I always love my time spent witht the lacrosse ball!

    stole a WOD called “Flight Simulator” from CrossFit New England:

    ubroken double-unders in sets of:
    5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

    Time: 13:54. Did all sets unbroken with long rests between the high rep sets. Nasty WOD.
