10 T2B (K2E for novice)

15 DB good mornings

20 box jumps (24/20)

 *rest as needed in btw exercises, if movement is not performed unbroken, must start over*

    Squats felt good 285# final set, the knees to elbows drifted into toes to shin on me real quick….. good workout. Plus, I always love my time spent witht the lacrosse ball!

    stole a WOD called “Flight Simulator” from CrossFit New England:

    ubroken double-unders in sets of:
    5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

    Time: 13:54. Did all sets unbroken with long rests between the high rep sets. Nasty WOD.

    6:53 on the WOD. 5:47 baseline. So good to be back in the gym. I missed it and y’all!
