(15 min) Skill – Handstand walks/Handstand holds/HSPU

AMRAP in 8 min: Ladder

-KBS

-Thruster

Start with 1 KBS then 1 Thruster, then 2 KBS, 2 Thrusters, 3 KBS, 3 Thrusters, and so on until the end of the 8 minutes.

    10 rounds KB swings (45#) and 3 thrusters (65#)

    Not a fun workout after heavy deadlifts the day before.

    Modified it to DB thrusters (15#s) and box jumps…

    Got 11 rounds + 4 box jumps
