    Made up for the back squats i missed monday with..

    5 rounds of:
    At the top of every three minutes
    5 back squats (225 lbs)
    5 weighted pull-ups (30 lbs)

    Then straight into the WOD – 9:56.

    First day back at full on bodyweight movements– push ups and pull ups are pretty challenging after about a 9 week break.
